2. Service Usage
Services will only be rendered to the extent of the amount paid for the respective package. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. However, any balance can be transferred towards customer referrals, alternative packages, services, or products offered by Sculpture Health Care.

3. Credit Notes and Gift Vouchers
All credit notes and gift vouchers must be fully utilized before the expiry date mentioned on the document. Sculpture Health Care will not be responsible for any unused value past the expiration date.

4. Modification of Terms
Sculpture Health Care reserves the right to alter, modify, or update any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to stay updated with the latest version of the terms.

5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts located within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.

6. Receipt Retention
For future reference and in case of any queries regarding services, please retain the original receipt issued at the time of service. The receipt is essential for tracking and verifying your transaction and services rendered.

7. Contact and Communication Consent
By using the website or filling out the enquiry form via email (Ssculpturehealthcare@gmail.com) or through promotional landing pages, you authorize Sculpture Health Care to contact you via email, phone call, or SMS. We may contact you to schedule appointments, provide details of services you have shown interest in, and send you promotional offers and updates related to the services at our clinic.

Additionally, regardless of whether you have registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND), Do Not Contact (DNC), or National Customer Preference Registry (NCPR), you authorize us to send you SMS messages and phone calls for the purposes mentioned above.
